Meeting Rooms

The library has 6 meeting rooms of various sizes available for non-profit or for-profit use. There are also tables and chairs available in the Fireplace Room.

MEETING ROOM HOURS
Meeting rooms are available when the library opens and until 30 minutes before the library closes (except for Laramore A & Laramore B).

PATRONS MUST BE AT LEAST 21 TO RESERVE A MEETING ROOM.

Laramore A

Capacity 30 people – includes 70” Smart TV, VCR, DVD/Blu-ray player, coffee pot, microwave, whiteboard, and rectangular tables with chairs. (Rental fee charged for for-profit groups; non-profits are free.)

Laramore B

Capacity 32 people – includes 70” Smart TV, VCR, DVD/Blu-ray player, kitchenette, microwave, coffee pot, whiteboard, and rectangular tables with chairs. (Rental fee charged for for-profit groups; non-profits are free.)

James Neu Family Room

Capacity 10 people – includes 65” Smart TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, whiteboard, media cart, and conference table with 10 conference chairs. (Rental fee charged for for-profit groups; non-profits are free.)

FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE ROOMS

The library has three small rooms that are available on a first-come, first-serve basis whether for-profit or non-profit, with no fee. The only restriction is that they may not be used on a regular basis to conduct business at the library.

Conference Room

Capacity 10 people – has a mounted white board.

Study Room

Capacity 4 people – has a mounted white board and chalk board.

Literacy Room

Capacity 20 people – has a 65″ Smart TV, DVD/Blu-ray Disc player, and mounted white board.

Laptops & USB flash drives may be plugged into the LED TVs or the wall outlet in each of the Laramore Rooms, Jim Neu Room, and Literacy room.
