YogaFit is a form of hatha yoga designed to enhance strength, balance and flexibility. The class is designed to accommodate beginners to more experienced yogis. There is a fitness element to the class mixed with traditional poses. Must sign liability waiver. Please bring yoga mat and blocks if needed. Limited space available.
