Walk N’ Rockin’ Wednesdays

Like variety in your cardio workouts? This party’s for you! Join PPL and Jane Fuentes for this lunchtime, hi – lo cardio class. A little…walking, running, jumping, floor drumming, balancing, toning, stretching and yeah, a little dance! Everyone works at their own level, so no previous exercise experience necessary. Please bring water, towel, mat and most important-a sense of humor!
