The Library Stitch Group meets the second Saturday of each month at 1:30 p.m. in the Laramore B Meeting Room.  This free group is open to anyone who would like to knit or crochet with fellow stitchers.  They also welcome anyone who has wanted to start knitting or crocheting, but never knew where to get started.  They love to share their knowledge with newcomers, as well as their creations!

‘Tis the season to make fun gift tags!  On Tuesday, December 17th at 6:00 p.m. in the Makerspace, PPL’s Adult Event Coordinator Stacy Prather leads “D.I.Y. Yuletide Love.”  This free D.I.Y. class is for ages 18 and older.  Space is available on a first come first serve basis, with a class limit of 15 people.  No advance sign-up required!  Stacy will teach simple craft ideas so that you can create your own specialized holiday gift tags.  All supplies will be provided!

Create-UR-Canvas returns to PPL on Saturday, December 21st at 10:00 a.m. in the Makerspace.  Instructor Susie Schaetzle leads the class with step-by-step instructions, resulting in your very own masterpiece!  This class is $10 per person and is for ages 8 and older.  The class is limited to 20 people, so sign-up and pay at the Adult Circulation Desk to reserve your spot for this popular class!  All art supplies will be provided.

See you at the library!
