Need a private space for a meeting?

The library meeting rooms offer a quiet and well-equipped space for various activities, from group studies to business meetings and community workshops. With comfortable seating and essential amenities, it fosters productivity and creativity while promoting community engagement.

How many meeting rooms are there?

We have seven rooms to meet your specific needs.

  • Four study rooms, located near the Adult Desk, are available on a first come, first served basis. Each study room holds 6-10 people and must by vacated 15 minutes before the library closes.
  • Two reservable meeting rooms to accommodate larger groups – Laramore A (42 people) and Laramore B (39 people).  The Laramore Rooms may also be booked together to use as one room (81 people) by separating the accordian doors.
  • One reservable conference room with a phone that provides a professional setting for meetings – Jim Neu Conference Room (28 people).

*All rooms have tables, chairs, and a 55” TV.

How often can you book a meeting room?

We kindly request our patrons to consider others who may require the space for their meetings. In this regard, we ask you to limit your bookings to a maximum of twice a month. Should you require additional session times, please feel free to reach out to our staff for assistance. Thank you for your cooperation.

Do you have to pay to use the meeting rooms?

Non-profits can use the space at no cost. For-profit businesses can rent the space for $50.

Can you book the meeting rooms for after library hours?

Yes, both Laramore A & B can be booked for the meeting to end after the library closes. All other rooms close when the library closes. Please contact us if you have any questions and we will be glad to assist you.
