Reading Challenges

Dive into one of our Reading Challenges

These challenges are all about sparking the language magic in kids, fueling young readers’ imaginations, igniting lively literary discussions for teens, and helping adults rediscover the sheer joy of getting lost in a great book.

Find current and upcoming reading challenges on our Events Calendar.

At the Plymouth Public Library, we are committed to fostering a lifelong love of reading and learning within our community. Our reading challenges, designed for all ages, embody our dedication to literacy, enrichment, and community engagement.

Our mission is to inspire and empower individuals of all backgrounds and generations to embark on a journey of discovering through the written word. We believe that the magic of storytelling transcends age and provides a gateway to imagination, knowledge, and personal growth.

Through our reading challenges, we aim to: PROMOTE LITERACY, CREATE A SENSE OF COMMUNITY, FOSTER LIFELONG LEARNING, AND ENCOURAGE CREATIVITY.
